Tip: Once a Tax Rate is used once in Livecosts it cannot be deleted.

In order to manually add a new Tax rate, and not use the previous rate, please follow the below steps.

  1. Go To Settings - Tax Rates

  2. Add the new tax rate you require, click " + New Tax Rate"

3. Add the new tax rate details and click " Save "

4. Click on the Green Tick Icon to make this Tax Rate the new Default.

5. The older unused Tax Rate can be hidden from the Menus in Livecosts by clicking the hidden icon.

6. If you require this new tax rate to be linked to your accounting software go to the Link Tax Rates article
