What you features do you get if you upgrade to Professional Plan

LIveCost Professional Plan contains extra Features which are not available in the Standard Plan. These extra Features will enhance your journey with your LiveCosts software and extend your control and trackability of your Projects.

So what is the difference?

Permission Sets

This gives you the ability to create Permission Sets that will restrict access for users/employees to various tools within the LiveCosts Web App. You can easily switch off the toggles and this will prevent the user/employee from accessing certain projects, creating PO's, editing the catalogue etc. Then simply apply the Permission Set to the User.

Request for Quotation (RFQ)

This Feature is a must for all Businesses that like to get quotes and agreed pricing for their Projects, or just in general. You will send an RFQ out to multiple Suppliers and easily manage the responses and pricing comparisons. The LiveCosts software will indicate the winning prices and then allow you to flip/raise that RFQ into a PO, along with any supplier documentation, and send the order to the supplier.

Stock Management

If you have Stores, buy in bulk or just have surplus materials after projects, this will help you greatly. This Stock Feature will allow you to create Stock Locations (such as your stores/office etc) and manage the stock and cost of materials in those locations. You can order directly in to the Stock Location and then distribute the stock to the required Projects. Create inventory Reports.

Equipment Tracking

Similar to how you track your Employees in the Time Feature in the LiveCosts Standard Plan, you can now track your Plant or Machinery. Add the Equipment/Machinery/Plant into the system, label it accordingly, with as much or as little information as you want. Then report the costs of the Equipment/Machinery/Plant daily, weekly or monthly etc in Time.

Use Divisions in your Project Setup

This is exclusive to Professional Plan Users, allowing them to breakdown the Phases in a Project to give greater detail and reports. You are given the option to create the the Project either with Phases or Divisions (se below image) in the Project Index, Add New Project.

Advanced Purchase Orders

This will allow you to create one purchase order for a supplier that can be associated to multiple projects, phases or delivery addresses. You are able to use line item templates or duplicate line item sets with this feature.

Multi-Currency

This is exclusive to Professional Plan users, it will allow you to raise purchase orders in different currencies. You can select the currencies you use in the "Company Settings" area in settings and is available to users when creating a document, e.g. purchase order or invoice. The exchange rate is automatically selected for you however can be manually adjusted if required.

Extra Users

Finally, you will also receive 3 x Web Users & 3 x Mobile Users free when you upgrade to the LiveCosts Professional Plan.
