We’re excited to share Release v01.10, which includes a range of performance improvements and a powerful new feature: Employee Time Overview.
Employee Time Overview
Employee Timesheets (Time Entries), Bulk Time, and Employee Expenses were previously available in separate indexes. When compiling payroll, it’s often necessary to see all this information together, so we’ve introduced a unified view called Employee Time Overview.
A formatted Excel download is available to assist with payroll preparation. This export is limited to date ranges of up to 2 months, and a date range must be selected.
When a single employee is selected, a detailed overview is displayed for that employee.
Step 1: Press the Overview button
If you select an employee, you will see overview cards that provide a breakdown of all rates.
There are three data sources combined into one view:
[1] Time Entries, [2] Bulk Time, and [3] Employee Expenses
A remaining budget column has been added in the Basic Phase Report
