June 2026 Release Notes

New Features & Improvements

Written by Haseeb Butt

We’re excited to announce the release of v01.14. Alongside a range of smaller improvements and fixes, this update introduces several new features designed to improve efficiency, visibility, and day-to-day usability across LiveCosts.

P/O & RFQ Email Templates

You can now create reusable email templates for Purchase Orders and RFQs.

Navigate to:

Settings → Email Message Templates

When sending a P/O or RFQ, simply select your preferred template and the message will automatically populate into the email.

This helps standardize communication with suppliers and saves time when sending repetitive messages.

When editing your P/O, RFQ, select your template.

The message then is added to the email

RFQ Notifications – Supplier Quotations

Users will now receive an email notification whenever a supplier submits a quotation against an RFQ.

The notification is sent directly to the RFQ owner, helping teams respond faster and keep procurement moving efficiently.

RFQ Filtering by Employee

We’ve improved RFQ filtering to better support teams with multiple staff managing RFQs.

You can now filter RFQs by:

  • Employee/User

  • Supplier

  • Project

This makes it easier to track outstanding RFQs, follow up with suppliers, and manage responsibilities across your team.

Hide Fulfilled Items in Advanced Invoices

Advanced Purchase Orders can often be invoiced progressively over time.

To reduce clutter and improve visibility, you can now hide previously fulfilled line items when processing Advanced Invoices.

This allows users to focus only on outstanding items still requiring invoicing.

Improved “Not Delivered” Logic for P/O Line Items

We’ve updated the logic behind the “Not Delivered” filter for Purchase Order line items.

Previously, only items with an existing delivery record marked as undelivered would appear.

The filter will now also include:

  • P/O items with no delivery recorded

  • Outstanding undelivered items

Please note:

  • All not delivered items will now appear in the list, regardless of whether the “Track Delivery” option is enabled or disabled.

CSV Upload for Employee Expenses

You can now upload Employee Expenses via CSV import.

This enhancement helps speed up bulk expense entry and simplifies onboarding historical expense data into LiveCosts.

Additional Phase & Division Upload Support

When uploading Phases and Divisions, the import now supports:

  • Available for Mobile flag

  • Phase Notifications flag

This provides greater flexibility and reduces manual setup after imports.
